We accept returns or exchanges only in the case of a genuine manufacturing fault.
- Return Timeframe:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving the merchandise. The item must be returned within 14 days of notification or before the planned wedding date, whichever comes first. After this timeframe, we will not accept any returns or exchanges. - Return Conditions:
The returned item must be in its original condition, unaltered, and free from any damage caused by the customer.
All tags, labels, and accessories originally included with the item must be intact and returned along with the merchandise.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our bridal shop directly to notify us of the manufacturing fault.
We may require visual evidence or an inspection of the item to assess the fault and determine eligibility for a return or exchange.
If the fault is confirmed, we will provide further instructions for returning the item.
- Refund Options:
If a genuine manufacturing fault is confirmed and a return is approved, we will offer you a refund or exchange for the faulty item.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.
If a refund cannot be issued to the original payment method, we will provide a store credit or gift card of equal value.
- Non-Returnable Items:
Accessories, veils, undergarments, or any items marked as "clearance," "sale," or
"discounted" are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you believe you have a genuine manufacturing fault with your purchase, please contact our bridal shop directly to discuss and resolve the issue. - Refund Policy for Loss or Damage During Transit:
In the unfortunate event of loss or damage to your order during transit, please follow these steps:
